Sarah Cioni is the owner and lead designer of Belle Terre Floral, known for creating bold, art-forward florals that feel elevated, intentional, and effortless. Her work spans red carpet events, TV and film premieres, celebrity weddings, and branded corporate gatherings where every detail has to land flawlessly.
Her floral career began in 2001 with the launch of The Painted Primrose Floral Studio, which quickly grew into one of Northern Colorado’s most respected wedding floral companies. In 2016, she sold the business and moved to Los Angeles, stepping into a fast-paced world of premieres, productions, and high-profile events.
Hollywood sharpened her into the designer she is today: calm under pressure, highly organized, and deeply focused on execution. She learned how to build moments that read beautifully in real life and through a lens—whether it’s a dramatic entrance installation, a statement centerpiece, or a full-room transformation.
In 2021, Sarah returned to Colorado and opened Belle Terre Floral. She is now the resident florist for Wedgewood Weddings in Boulder, producing at a high level and high volume while keeping each event personal. Clients love her for how closely she listens, how confidently she guides the process, and how she obsesses over the details—so the final result feels cohesive, refined, and unmistakably theirs.
