Wedding Floral Services
Your flowers set the tone before a single word is spoken — they shape the atmosphere, connect every detail, and live on in your photos long after the last dance. We design wedding florals with intention: rooted in your vision, guided by what thrives in your season and venue, and crafted to feel personal, elevated, and effortlessly you.
Where wedding florals show up best:
- Bridal bouquet + personal flowers (the anchor piece everything flows from)
- Boutonnieres + corsages (polished details that tie the whole look together)
- Ceremony arch florals (the backdrop for your vows and your most iconic photos)
- Aisle moments + chair/ground arrangements (soft, intentional framing without clutter)
- Welcome table + signage styling (the first “this is us” moment guests experience)
- Cocktail hour bars + lounge areas (the most photographed corners of the night)
- Reception centerpieces (designed to feel lush without blocking conversation)
- Head table + sweetheart table (your focal point—layered, elevated, camera-ready)
- Statement installs (staircases, mantels, entryways, hanging foliage—high-impact, unforgettable)
- Strike/teardown when needed (for installs like chandelier foliage or specialty placements)

How it works
Wedgewood couples deserve a process that feels calm, clear, and truly personal. Our workflow is built to keep your florals seamless from the first meeting to the final setup, with expert guidance on seasonality, budget, and what will perform beautifully on your wedding day.
Consultation scheduling
Wedgewood couples should reach out about six to eight months before the wedding date. This timing allows for accurate pricing, thoughtful design, and a smooth planning process.
One-hour studio consultation
You’ll meet with Sarah for a one-hour appointment, ideally at our Niwot studio. We’ll walk through your floral needs, your color palette, and your inspiration images so we can capture the full vision.
Proposal + refinement
After your meeting, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining every floral piece. You can adjust selections, quantities, and priorities until it feels exactly right.
Date reserved with deposit
A 50% deposit books your date and officially holds your wedding on our calendar.
Final changes + flower ordering
You can make changes up until one month prior to the wedding. At the one-month mark, we place the flower order and begin production planning.
Processing + design
Flowers arrive several days ahead, are processed for performance, and then designed with care and quality control. Sarah personally checks what goes out the door so everything meets the standard.
